Our journey

RWA Lawyers, who we are, and how we got here.
2017
Rachel Webster started the business to prove that law could be done differently – approachable, relatable and built to work for lawyers too.
2021
The first chapter of our team began with Rachel Alexander joining the firm. RWA became a "we".
2022
From kitchen tables to board tables - RWA opened its first office space - creating a home for our growing team. Our consultant Scott joined the RWA family.
2023
RWA added property to its offerings and welcomed Gemma and Ebony to the RWA family.
2024
Late 2024/early 2025 - RWA welcomed its first legal executives, building the support team that keeps everything running smoothly.
