She loves supporting businesses of all shapes and sizes across a range of commercial and corporate matters. Whether it’s buying or selling a business, preparing terms of trade, managing company governance and compliance (think directors’ duties, shareholders’ agreements, and company constitutions), contracting with customers and suppliers, navigating privacy obligations or aspects of consumer law - Rachel’s got it covered. She also has experience working in the utilities sector, supporting clients in highly regulated environments.

Rachel has experience in both private practice and in-house roles, which taught her the importance of balancing legal advice with commercial realities.
